How to play Pocket Bastion

Build a small tower defense and protect your fort through every wave of a mission.

Select a build pad, then choose Bolt, Frost, or Mortar. Select an occupied pad to upgrade or sell its tower.
Choose Start wave when your defenses are ready. Use Pause to take a break and the speed control to switch between 1× and 2× play.
Tab moves between the labelled pads and controls; Enter or Space activates the focused button. All building and wave controls also work by touch.

Complete 30 missions across three battlefields. Missions grow from three to seven waves, and you choose when each wave starts.
Bolt costs 70 coins, Frost costs 90, and Mortar costs 110. Bolt targets one enemy, Frost slows enemies, and Mortar damages groups. Each tower can be upgraded twice; selling returns 70% of its total cost, rounded down.
Enemies that reach the fort cost lives. Survive every wave to open the next mission: finish with at least 18 of your 20 lives for three stars, at least 10 for two stars, or fewer for one star.
Campaign stars, best scores, fastest finishes, and your current defense save on this device when browser storage is available. Practice does not award records or unlock missions.

Place towers near bends so enemies stay in range longer. Pair Frost with Bolt or Mortar to give nearby towers more time to attack.
Check your coins between waves and compare an upgrade with another tower. Selling can help reposition a defense, but returns fewer coins than you spent.
