The email link opens your email app. If you use webmail, copy the address into a new message instead. Use the phone link with a calling app, or dial the number manually. There is no on-site contact form.

Help us reproduce a problem

• The game name and page URL.
• The level or mode, and what you did just before the problem.
• What you expected and what happened instead.
• Your device and browser, plus a screenshot if it helps.

For an accessibility issue, mention which control was difficult and any assistive technology you use, if you are comfortable sharing that. Please leave passwords and sensitive personal information out of screenshots.

Privacy help

To ask about access, correction, deletion or a privacy concern, use the email address above with the subject “MyArcade privacy request”. Our privacy-request guide and email templates explain what to include. Do not send identity documents, passwords or payment details.

You can download saved game data or clear saved progress and history in this browser yourself. These controls are separate from requesting access to or deletion of a message you sent us.

A note about saved progress

Progress is stored in the browser where you played, not in an account we can access. Try the same device, browser and profile first. Avoid clearing site data while investigating a missing save: deleting it also deletes the local records.

We cannot recover progress that has already been removed from your browser. Learn more about local storage and your choices, or return to all games.
